Kimberly Swan is the owner of The Swan Agency Sotheby’s International Realty. Kim started the niche marketing of Maine Inns and Bed & Breakfasts in 1986. Her interest in the Inn/B&B business extends to ownership of the noteworthy Pomegranate Inn in Portland. Her love of art and design is exemplified in other real estate and inn investments. Keith Henley

Keith Henley is a recovering attorney who moved to Maine in 1998 to run an inn with his partner, artist Dennis Rafferty. In his four year tenure at Crosstrees Inn in Kennebunkport, Keith more than tripled the income while providing a fantastic guest experience. Keith’s background in law, banking and innkeeping led to a natural transition to real estate and specifically a specialization in Inn/B&B Sales. A resounding success, Keith was the sixth top producing broker in the entire State of Maine in 2008.

Dana Moos

Dana Moos is a former commercial real estate broker who moved to Maine in 2004 when she and her husband, Greg, purchased the Kingsleigh Inn in Southwest Harbor. An admitted foodie and remarkable photographer and marketing aficionado, Dana’s five years at Kingsleigh grew the business substantially with cutting edge methods. Dana’s innkeeping success and her many other loves have led her to inn brokerage to share her expertise and experience in operating and enjoying today’s successful inn.
