UNDER CONTRACT - AGAIN

Busy? Trying to get Christmas tied up, entertaining friends? We put two more properties under contract this week and are waiting on two more contracts next week! Thank you 2017!

Alyssa Bouthot was making deviled eggs and Christmas cocktails for a family celebration with one hand while working on finalizing a contract on her wonderful listing, Squire Tarbox Inn on Westport Island yesterday. You do what you have to do in this business to put your clients first.

For now, we'll take a few hours on this Christmas Eve and promised VERY snowy Christmas Day on tap in Maine. We are really looking forward to 2018 and a great group of new innkeepers joining the ranks of hospitality professionals in our beautiful State. Cheers!
