Throw Back Thursday #tbt

Our social media #tbt post this week was a full page newspaper feature found from 1996. The Swan Agency was the first Inn/B&B specialist company in the State of Maine. We focused on Mount Desert Island until the late 90s when we branched out to cover the whole state.

You can see here that 1996 was a big conversion year with lots of new innkeepers. Some of these inns are now homes, some we have sold again (a few times). None have the same owners today.

It's fun to look back and more fun to look forward. We have some big news coming soon, branching out even more. We will be announcing several significant inn sales too.

Spring is going to be an exciting time around here.
