AUGUST PICK UP

The “August Pick Up” is on. Sadly, the beautiful summer of 2017 has an end in sight and people are starting to think about what is next. Inn inquiries have stepped up significantly and we are looking forward to a busy fall.

At the same time, innkeepers who are thinking about retiring are also seeing the end of a season coming up and reaching out about market conditions, is this the time to think about selling?
