Location, Location, Location

Just like in residential real estate, location. location. location are three of the most important words in the hospitality business too.

Often, when aspiring innkeepers are pouring over listings looking for their property they see the facades and pictures of rooms but if they don't know the area it is hard to get a feel for location.

We find that in a lot of cases aerial photography helps people get a better feel for the property.

In the photo shown here, one can not only see how the buildings on the Manor House Inn property are spaced but also can see the proximity to the ocean and notably the "sand bar" that appears at lowtide in Bar Harbor.

We attempt to have all of our listings shot from the air in order to give buyers a good feel for their potential new neighborhood. It is a marketing tool that helps everyone.
