Teri Walker joins as Sales Specialist, Maine Inns for Sale

Company President, Kimberly Swan, is proud to announce that Teri Walker of Kennebunkport has joined the Swan Agency Sotheby's International Realty specializing in Maine Inns for Sale.

Teri is a successful Maine innkeeper with the invaluable experience of owning and operating a hospitality business in today's rapidly changing world of lodging. Teri's broad range of expertise and background will provide our buyers and sellers with advice and support not easily found in the brokerage community.

In 2012, Teri and her husband returned to the US from England to pursue her dream to own a New England Inn. They purchased the 1802 House Bed and Breakfast in Kennebunkport. Under Teri's management, the business has enjoyed strong growth and is now ranked a five star accommodation on TripAdvisor.

The Swan Agency has more than 30 years experience in Inn/Bed & Breakfast brokerage, and this recent addition to our team continues to strengthen our skills and knowledge base in the lodging market. We are looking forward to sharing our new brokerage and seminar plan for 2019.
